![]() ![]() Why has the latest update caused the error message shown above for the following situation. The issue I want looked at is the following: I completed one more test and found that turning off hardware decoding on the client laptop with Intel integrated graphics fixed the issue, however, the game stream became to slow and jittery to be playable (not an issue with the Steam client). "the streaming client exited unexpectedly (2)" The specific error I receive continually on the client computer is the following: Just pair a Bluetooth controller or Steam Controller to your device, connect to a computer. Gaming PC playing DX12 game -> Windows 10 Laptop with Intel integrated graphics = Broken The Steam Link app brings desktop gaming to your Android device. Gaming PC playing DX12 game -> Steam Link device = No issues Gaming PC playing DX12 game -> IPhone client = No issues Below are some tests that I ran to demonstrate this issue.Īll tests minus the IPhone were conducted over a wired gigabit network with QoS setup. I have completed some troubleshooting to determine patterns of this issue. I see that updates as per the release notes were made for DX12 games over remote play.
